Sharon has a wealth of experience and knowledge in this industry through being in the Estates Agency world for the best part of 30 years. She has also worked in advertising & media so knows how to be proactive in her approach to advertising. Sharon takes an active role in her business and she will be found carrying out Valuations, viewings and rental inspections as well as liaising with solicitors and contractors.
Out of work Sharon is devoted to her children and has become a dog lover over-night since welcoming a puppy into the family. Sharon loves nothing more than spending time walking the dog and sharing family holidays.
Lisa has worked at SDE for 7 years and her first role was Customer Service Advisor. She then became part of the Lettings Dept and has since been promoted to the Manager role. Lisa oversees both the Sale & Letting departments at SDE and she is mostly office based to enable her to be available to clients & customers. Her career background was in Education & Families before entering the Estate Agency world.
When not at work Lisa has a busy family life with her children & cats. She enjoys DIY & gardening, socialising with friends & regularly enjoying gigs.
Helen joined the SDE team in 2014 and started her first role as a sales negotiator, mainly focusing on viewings. She has progressed over the 4 years and now is the team member who visits new properties to prepare them for marketing. Her role will also involve viewings and sales chasing to ensure sales progress as smoothly as possible. Helen’s career had been in hairdressing and retail sales before joining the team at SDE. She is now progressed to the Sales Supervisor role and is the office Senior Negotiator.
In her spare time Helen loves to spend time with her family at home & in her precious second home over the Gower. Helen regularly enjoys local food festivals, cooking & Interior Design.
Samantha has been working with the SDE team for 3 years and her main role within the team is to carry out viewings, meeting & greeting prospective purchasers. Samantha has a career background in sales so is no stranger to this industry. In her spare time she loves to go on family cruises and is an fundamental member of a local charity Calon Dda who have raised funds for very worthy causes for nearly 10 years.
Joanna has been part of the team spanning over 10 years and has spent a lot of her career in this industry, giving her plenty of knowledge & experience in property and the local market. A qualified teacher, Joanna has been tempted back into Estate Agency the past 4 years and deals with Valuations for the Sales Dept. When not at work Joanna enjoys family time, eating out & socialising.
Nicola has been part of the team since 2009. She joined the team as office administrator and became part of the Lettings Dept. Nicola’s role involves carrying out letting appraisals, inventories, property inspections & property maintenance. Her background has been spent in retail and sales before coming into the Estates Agency industry and her length of time working in Lettings has brought experience and skill in this department.
Out of work Nicola loves to spend every free moment with her grandchildren. She loves home improvement and getting together with her family & friends.
